Special Occasion -
At the time of booking your Special Occasion date, please be aware that a non refundable deposit of $20.00pp is required in order to confirm and secure your booking, this is to be paid within 48hours, Your booking will not be confirmed until a deposit payment is received, you will be issued a invoice with card payment options at time of booking.
- In the event of a Special Occasion cancellation, your $20.00pp deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
A mobile service is available for bookings of four or more, a travel fee may be applicable to some areas, Please enquire for pricing.
Please be advised that a makeup trial is a separate service and payment, this is payable on the trial date.
If you wish to have a makeup trial before deciding to book me for your wedding day, it is best to book it as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment, as having a trial date booked does not hold your wedding date for you.
At the time of booking your wedding date, please be aware that a $150.00 non-refundable deposit payment is required within 7 days, to secure and confirm your date, a invoice with bank details will be issued to you at time of booking.
Once a deposit has been paid, that date is then secured to you and can not be passed on to another bride.
In the event of a date change, your $150.00 non-refundable deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee and a new deposit will be required to book and secure your new date.
In the event of a cancellation for your wedding date your $150.00 deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
I require a minimum of FOUR people for a wedding booking.
The total balance of your booking is to be paid in full 14 days prior via bank transfer.
When paying via bank transfer for your wedding total, a proof of transaction receipt is required and the funds must be visible in my account within 14 days of your wedding date to ensure funds are cleared on time.
By paying your deposit you are accepting these terms and conditions.
Temporary COVID-19 Cancellation & Postponement Policy -
I am truly saddened and sympathetic that the current health emergency has impacted your special day. With such unforeseen circumstances, I have had to restructure my policies to accommodate an influx of enquiries regarding wedding cancellations and changes to wedding dates.
I strive to be as accommodating as possible at this time, however, please be mindful that my small business is my livelihood, and COVID-19 has, and will, dramatically impact my business over the coming months. This temporary policy is valid for changes made before 30/4/2020, and may be extended at my discretion.
If you are thinking about, or in the process of postponing your wedding to a different date please let me know ASAP. I would love to be a part of your wedding day in the future!
Most of you have paid your mandatory $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date.
Please know, if you have had this date booked for weeks or months, there is a high possibility that I have declined multiple other jobs to reserve this date for you.
Normally, in the event of a date change, your $150.00 non-refundable deposit would be taken as a fee for cancelling your original date and a new deposit would be required to book and secure your new date.
If you are rescheduling and have a new date locked in that I am available for, I am happy to transfer your deposit to that new date in 2020 or 2021.
In the unfortunate event that I am not available for your new chosen wedding date, please know that i will have done everything to accommodate you and presented you with every option for me to still be apart of your wedding, if you decide that these options do not suit you, and you no longer wish for me to be apart of your wedding the regular $150.00 cancellation fee will still apply.
If you are planning on cancelling your wedding until further notice, the regular $150.00 cancellation fee will be enforced.
